For people carrying more than they let on.
Feeling overwhelmed, stretched thin, or navigating a difficult life transition? You’re not alone — and you don’t have to figure things out by yourself.
Warm, Collaborative Therapy
Shaped around your pace & values
A compassionate, collaborative approach to your wellbeing
I am a counsellor based in the Johnsonville area of Wellington. I work alongside people from all walks of life who are navigating life's challenges, transitions, losses, and questions.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and pluralistic. That means I don’t believe there is a one-size-fits-all way to do therapy. Instead, we work together to find approaches that fit you, your values, your goals, and your unique circumstances. You are the expert on your life; my role is to bring curiosity, compassion, and therapeutic knowledge as we make sense of things together.
Alongside my professional training, I bring real lived experience. I know what it means to rebuild a life when things don't go to plan. Those experiences have taught me that healing rarely happens through judgment or pressure, but through empathy and being genuinely heard.
